The Mobility Roadside Assistance Refer a Friend Program (“Program”) rewards current members for referring new customers to Mobility Roadside Assistance. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
- Participants must be active Mobility Roadside Assistance members in good standing.
- Referred customers must be new customers who do not have an active Mobility Roadside Assistance membership.
- The referred customer must use the referring member’s unique referral code at the time of purchase.
Referral Reward
- When a qualified referral completes their first eligible membership purchase using a valid referral code, both the referring member and the new member will receive a $25 referral credit toward a future Mobility Roadside Assistance membership renewal.
- Referral credits are applied only to eligible renewal purchases and have no cash value.
Referral Credit Revocation
- Referral credits are earned based on a qualifying new membership purchase that remains in good standing. If a referred member cancels their membership during any applicable cancellation or refund period, receives a full or partial refund, initiates a chargeback, or otherwise becomes ineligible for the Program, Mobility Roadside Assistance reserves the right to revoke the referral credit issued to both the referring member and the referred member.
- If a referral credit has already been applied to a membership renewal before it is revoked, Mobility Roadside Assistance may deduct the value of the revoked credit from future renewal credits or invoices or otherwise recover the value of the improperly awarded credit.
- Mobility Roadside Assistance reserves the right to determine eligibility for referral rewards and to revoke credits issued in error or obtained through ineligible transactions.
Credit Terms
- Referral credits may only be used toward qualifying membership renewals.
- Referral credits are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or applied to any product or service other than an eligible membership renewal.
- Referral credits cannot be refunded or exchanged for any other form of compensation.
Prohibited Activities
The Refer a Friend Program is intended for genuine referrals between individuals. The following activities are prohibited:
- Referring yourself or creating duplicate or multiple accounts.
- Using fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive methods to obtain referral credits.
- You may not publish or distribute your referral code on coupon, discount, rebate, cashback, deal, or promotional code websites, forums, browser extensions, or similar services without the prior written consent of Mobility Roadside Assistance. Referral codes are intended for personal sharing with friends, family, colleagues, or your own audience. Mobility Roadside Assistance reserves the right to suspend or terminate referral rewards or accounts that violate this policy.
- Using automated systems, bots, or spam to distribute referral codes.
- Making referrals that violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Any activity determined by Mobility Roadside Assistance to be abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the intent of the Program.
Program Abuse
Mobility Roadside Assistance reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse or fraud. If Mobility Roadside Assistance determines, in its sole discretion, that a member has abused or attempted to abuse the Refer a Friend Program:
- The member’s referral credits may be revoked.
- The member’s rewards may be forfeited.
- The member’s Mobility Roadside Assistance membership may be suspended or terminated without notice.
- Any future participation in the Program may be prohibited.
Program Changes
Mobility Roadside Assistance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
General
Referral credits are promotional rewards and are not property, currency, or legal tender. They are offered solely at the discretion of Mobility Roadside Assistance and may not be combined with certain promotional offers unless expressly stated. Participation in the Program is void where prohibited by law.
